As many who follow me are aware, each time that I launch a brand-new book, I open up the ability to order autographed copies.
After seeking feedback, everyone that I had asked said that I should make autographed copies available all year round so… that is what I am going to do.
The reason why I never did this is because of the way Amazon works. When I order author copies, it takes about 2-3 weeks for Amazon to print and ship the books to me. I try to time it so that I get my author copies in time for a book’s release so that you can get your signed copy by the on-sale date for the new book.
I always felt that if a book lanches on, let’s say, January 1… and I order your copy at that time, it would suck to wait until the 14th of January or later for you to get your copy just for the sake of having my name scribbled in it. You could easily just go get an unsigned copy on Amazon and have it in a couple of days. That’s why I always tried to time it with my book’s release so that you didn’t have to wait versus those who just want the book without an autograph.
However, that’s all going away. While I still don’t keep books in stock (I, honestly, don’t have the money or the room to buy and store books that may or may not sell), I will offer signed copies at any time during the year.
I created a form to fill out. That will send me an email of your order and I will then send you a PayPal invoice. Once the invoice is paid, I will place the order with Amazon. When I receive the books, I will sign them and mail them out the very next business day (or the same day if they arrive before the mail comes and I can sign, package, and get them out to my mailbox in time). I will then give you a tracking number once the books have been picked up and are on the move.
Until I can afford to keep a heap of books in stock, this is how I will have to run things but hey… in the end, you get some good entertainment with my personal scribbles on it!
If you wish to place an order, you can do so by clicking here!
There is also a link on the Buy Books page. Optionally, if you hover over Buy Books on my menu, a new flyout will pop up with a link as well!
